I was born and raised here in Metro Detroit. My wife and our two dogs live in Northern Oakland County. We have two sons, the oldest is Michael whom is our FIAT Studio Director in Birmingham, and Matthew whom is about to graduate from college. I am a second generation dealer, following in the footsteps of my father. I have been active in the business since I was 15 years old , doing everything one can do in an automotive dealership (including such things as washing cars and scrubbing floors, to being a parts counterman, a salesman, and bookkeeper.) We have been active in both industry and community causes serving as a Trustee of the Michigan Auto Dealers Fund (workman's compensation provider), being a member of both the Detroit and Michigan Automobile Dealers Association, and things like coaching youth hockey for the past 16 years. When I'm not at the office, I enjoy attending auto shows/events, ice hockey, flying, boating, and sports in general.
