Dodge Celebrates 100 Years of Excellence with Limited Edition Vehicles and Merchandise

At the end of June, Dodge celebrated its 100th anniversary. Just one month before, the company announced it would shift its focus towards becoming a performance brand, also working to create special-editions of the Dodge SRT models. The 2014 Dodge Charger 100th Anniversary Edition and the 2014 Dodge Challenger 100th Anniversary Edition convey this.

Both 100th Anniversary Edition models began arriving at Dodge dealerships in the first quarter of 2014, displaying the iconic quality and performance in which Dodge-enthusiasts have grown to love. Both models feature new 20-inch aluminum wheels with granite crystal pockets, "High Octane" red pearl paint, fender and seat badges, a limited edition owner's kit, and a book that celebrates 100 years of the Dodge heritage. However, Dodge's 100th Anniversary celebration gear doesn't end at the Charger and Challenger.

Dodge's 100th Anniversary merchandise is sure to stun Dodge lovers and attract fans in the process. The new merchandise includes over 30 items of clothing for men and women. From t-shirts to sweatshirts, polo shirts, and a commemorative leather jacket, each piece of merchandise shows off the persistence and innovative quality that continues to propel Dodge forward and give them the prestige in which they carry today. Other small items include knit beanies, hats, tumblers, pint glasses, decals, key chains, even pens. If these items don't satisfy your needs for all things Dodge, you'll be happy to know that Dodge will continue to release new merchandise throughout the remainder of the year.

Two unique items, a traditional remote-controlled 1969 Dodge Challenger and a 20-inch neon clock, are sure to be a favorite for both new and old Dodge lovers. The merchandise also includes a "Dodge 100 Years" book that illustrates the brand's rich history. All of the merchandise has custom and vintage Dodge graphics, along with retro designs and the 100th anniversary logo, to honor the founding of the company by John and Horace Dodge. The official celebration of excellence begins July 2014 as Dodge continues to make the most memorable vehicles in American history.
